Access Your Account
This is a sample display. The real login is on the official 8999bet site.
Log In Step by Step on Mobile and Computer
New or returning — logging in to 8999bet is equally straightforward on any device.
- Open the official 8999bet website in your smartphone's browser (Chrome or Firefox).
- Find the "Login" or "Sign In" button at the top right of the page and tap it.
- Enter your registered mobile number or username in the designated field.
- Enter your password in the next field — remember that uppercase and lowercase letters matter.
- If you tick "Remember Me", you can go straight to your account next time without logging in again.
- Press the Login button. If an OTP is requested, enter the code sent to your number within the specified time.
- On success you will go straight to the home dashboard — from there you can start slots, cricket betting, or live casino.
Why is logging in on mobile so easy?
8999bet's interface is built to work just as well on small screens. When you open the site in your browser, the login option is visible right from the homepage — no need to look for a separate app. Whether you use Android or iOS, follow the same steps on any device.
Add a shortcut to your browser's home screen for quick access. That way you can get in directly every time without typing the URL.
What to Do If You Forget Your Password or Username
No need to worry — get back into your account in a few simple steps.
Steps to Reset Your Password
- Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.
- Enter your registered mobile number or email in the field.
- An OTP will be sent — enter the code received on your number or email within the specified time.
- Set a new password — use at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number.
- Log in with your new password.
Can't remember your username?
You can also log in using the mobile number or email you provided during registration. Once you verify with OTP and get into your account, you can view your username from your profile.
Not receiving the OTP?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it has not arrived on your mobile, check your network connection and use the "Resend" option. If the problem continues, contact 8999bet's live chat directly.
How to Keep Your Account Secure
OTP, strong passwords, and spotting fake sites — here is what you need to know.
Online account security does not rely on passwords alone. Follow a few practices to keep your 8999bet login secure.
The biggest danger is fake (look-alike) sites — they look like the real site but have a different address. Check the address carefully in the browser's URL bar before logging in. Make sure the SSL certificate (HTTPS) is present.
Reading the Responsible Gaming guidelines will help you understand how to keep your information and balance safe.
Choose a strong password
Use a password of at least 8 characters that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not create a password from your date of birth or phone number.
Keep OTP verification active
If OTP is enabled on every login, no one else can get into your account even if they know your password. Never share your OTP code with anyone — 8999bet support will never ask for your OTP.
Spot fake sites
There are many fake sites using the 8999bet name. Check the address in the browser's URL bar before logging in. The official site uses HTTPS — look for the padlock icon.
Avoid public Wi-Fi
Logging in on free Wi-Fi at a café or shopping mall is risky. Use your own mobile data or a trusted network.
Do not share with others
Account details should not be shared even with family or friends. It is safer for each user to have their own account.
Change your password regularly
Change your password once every three months. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, reset your password immediately and inform 8999bet support.
Common Login Problems and Solutions
If you cannot log in, check the list below — most problems have a solution here.
| Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| "Wrong password" message appearing | Caps Lock is on, or incorrect password | Turn off Caps Lock and try again; if that does not work, reset your password |
| Account has been temporarily locked | Entering the wrong password repeatedly | Wait a moment or contact live chat directly |
| OTP not arriving | Network problem or spam folder | Check your email spam folder; if the network is fine, click "Resend" |
| Page not loading or stuck | Old browser cache or internet problem | Refresh the browser, clear the cache, or try a different browser |
| "Session has ended" message | Being inactive for a long time | Log in again; keeping "Remember Me" on reduces this |
| Login button not working on mobile | Outdated browser or JavaScript disabled | Update your browser and check that JavaScript is enabled |
| Being logged out immediately after logging in | Cookies blocked or security software | Allow cookies for 8999bet in your browser; check whether your antivirus is blocking it |
What to do if the problem persists?
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact 8999bet's live chat directly. Support is available in Bengali and English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When contacting chat, provide your registered mobile number and a description of the problem for a faster resolution.
