How Weekly Cashback Works
Calculated automatically at the end of each week
Your net loss each week is your total losses minus your total winnings. 8999bet returns a set percentage of that net loss to your account each week, based on your VIP tier. This applies only in weeks where you have a net loss — no cashback is given in a winning week.
Cashback is usually credited at a set time each week and added directly to your balance. It is calculated across all games at 8999bet Casino — slots, live casino, or any other game.
A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback — that is the maximum amount for that tier.
How to Move to a Higher Tier
No specific turnover number — activity is what counts
Advancement in the 8999bet VIP Program depends on your overall consistency and activity. The more regularly you play, the sooner you create the opportunity to reach the next tier.
Create an Account and Stay Active
Log in regularly and spend time on your favourite games. You can easily access your account from the 8999bet Login page.
Play Across Different Categories
Slots, live casino or sports betting — activity across all categories contributes to VIP progress.
Tiers Are Reviewed at Regular Intervals
8999bet reviews your activity at set intervals and upgrades your tier based on eligibility.
Maintain Your Tier
To hold on to a higher tier, keep up the level of activity required for that tier. Extended inactivity can affect your tier.
What Special Benefits Do VIP Members Get
There is more beyond cashback
The 8999bet VIP Program is not limited to cashback alone. Reaching higher tiers unlocks certain benefits that regular members do not have access to. These benefits improve the overall playing experience.
Faster Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed quickly. Usually completed within 1 hour.
Special Promotional Offers
VIP members are informed about special promotions and offers before regular members.
Priority Support
Bengali-language support available 24/7 via live chat and email; higher VIP tiers receive greater priority.

Sports Betting and VIP Benefits
From cricket to football — cashback is counted on all bets
The cashback in the 8999bet VIP Program is not limited to casino games. Bets placed on any cricket match — including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup — are also counted in that week's net loss calculation. If you want to bet on Bangladesh Tigers matches, check the Cricket Betting section — live odds and various markets are available there.

Play Responsibly — VIP Does Not Mean No Limits
Cashback Is Not a Reason to Play More
The VIP Program and weekly cashback are a rewards system — they are not meant to encourage you to play more. Increasing your losses in the hope of earning cashback is never the right approach.
All betting and casino activity at 8999bet is for persons aged 21 and above. Play within your own budget and do not place larger bets in an attempt to recover losses.
